I originally spoke to you a number of years ago, snooping about an acreage that sold on S. 138th St, and then was back on the market. At that time you told me a couple bought it, and then their dream property became available, and they instead purchased their dream property. You were easy to talk to and happy to share the information, and that made an impression on me. We chose well with you. Your enthusiasm and energy is an asset, and in addition, your honesty. This is one of the attributes I appreciate the most; you were honest about the drawbacks of our home on Pflug, which gave us a good understanding of what we could expect. This kind of honesty was apparent throughout the house hunting process as you identified positives and negatives about a number of properties we looked at. Your availability throughout this months long process was impressive. You are not a 9-5 girl…you work around the clock, even while on vacation and recuperating from surgery!!! Thank you, Dani, from the bottom of my heart for helping us through this daunting process, and getting us into our new home. To be honest, we are not missing our old home. This is a surprise to both of us. We are adapting well here, and find the location just right for us going forward. Again, Dani, thank you for everything.
